The annual list honors leading attorneys whose work helps shape the music industry and advance the interests of artists, creators, and music businesses. Rachel’s continued inclusion reflects her extensive experience in entertainment, copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law, as well as her longstanding commitment to protecting creative professionals and advocating for artists’ rights. She is one of only a handful of attorneys with small firms to be named to the list.

Stilwell is an active member of the Recording Academy's Los Angeles Chapter's Advocacy Committee and the Songwriters of North America Advocacy Committee. She also serves on the Future of Music Coalition’s Board of Directors. She is an Adjunct Professor of Law at Loyola Law School, where she teaches Music Law.
